Its Official its Holiday Season!!!!

Hello Everyone!!!!

Well its official, its holiday season!! Michaels and AC Moore are packed with fellow artists and employees restocking the shelves already. I could barely make it through the parking lot, with my Starbucks coffee of course. But after finally finding a spot, I managed to make it inside.

The holiday season is my favorite time of year!!!! Snow, hot chocolate, decorating the tree (or in my case 2 or 3 trees), family, giving back to those less fortunate,  and being thankful for all that we have in our lives.

Below is a picture of a few items that I picked up today, for a very special gift I am making for my mom for Christmas. Just something to show her how much I love her and to reminisce on all the wonderful times we have had together!! Love you mom :)

Have a wonderful weekend.
Lots of Love,

  1. I love the hustle and bustle of the holidays!!...Cant have just one tree can we? we have a front room tree, then one on my daughter's piano, then I have a pink glitter tree here in my bedroom...I love it, it helps that my birthday is in December too:)
    what a sweet gift!
    youre a good girl, lol
I just went and showed my daughter this stuff...hint hint...maybe she will get some ideas:)
    have a great day.

  2. Hi Athena.

Great start to your holiday project. You will hae so much...but warning it can become addicting.

    Wishing you a great weekend!

    Love, Sharon

  3. All those goodies look like lots of creativity waiting to happen...

  4. Your Aunt Sharon was right, it's all addicting. But the best part is making new friends everyday. One of the best friends I've made in blogland is your Aunt Sharon. She is a dear lady and I'm sure you are just as sweet. I look forward to watching your Christmas come alive in blogland. Drop by to see me too.
    Hugs, Pat

  5. I'm visiting from your aunts blog. You have a good start to something really fun. It can be addicting though.
Hope you will show us your Mom's gift when it is finished.
